Description
Belgravia II A game of photographic moments based on the here and now, while appreciating the shadows of time. The color palette is intentionally neutral, with calm but intense whites offset by a range of warm woods and black frames. Black and white photographs are displayed throughout the project, connecting local stories in the corridors. To capture the light, the walls and woodwork are deliberately white, while the floors are made of dark gray textured porcelain stoneware. The reference mirror of the camera lens in the shower room is illuminated by a retro-style flash bulb wall lamp. The architectural firm ANARCHITECT and the internal development team of the Ellington Group have created a new type of residential unit with access to the main boulevard and the main street to the south. In addition to the modern and bright studios, one,two and three-bedroom apartments, Belgravia 2 hosts a unique series of two-storey, two-bedroom private townhouses, each with its own private garden. This exceptional design feature creates a vibrant and engaging community feel at the front and back of the development. The generous landscaped central courtyard has the swimming pool, children’s playground.
